UCRI may receive your name, email address, phone number, location, school or organization, message content, volunteer interests, sponsorship inquiry, or chapter proposal when you send an email, call, or use a linked form. Please do not send sensitive personal, medical, financial, identity, or safeguarding information unless UCRI specifically requests it through an appropriate process.

The website's hosting and security providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested page, date and time, referring page, and security events. UCRI does not use this website to intentionally build advertising profiles.

Donations are completed on PayPal, not on this website. PayPal may provide UCRI with transaction details, donor contact information, and the amount or status of a donation, subject to PayPal's policies and the donor's choices. UCRI does not receive full payment-card numbers through this website.

Instagram, Google documents, email providers, telephone carriers, and other linked services process information under their own policies. Review those policies before using them.

UCRI may share information with service providers that help operate communications, payments, records, security, or the website; with responsible UCRI personnel who need it for the stated purpose; when required by law; or when reasonably necessary to protect a person, UCRI, or the public. UCRI does not sell personal information for money.

UCRI keeps information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was received, legitimate recordkeeping, dispute resolution, safety, or legal obligations. No online system can guarantee absolute security, but UCRI aims to limit access and use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information held.
